Norway

Speed restrictions: GEN 1.8: no speed restrictions for military fighter aircraft.

Speed restrictions: 390kn below 3000ft MSL or 1000ft AGL (whichever is higher), (visibility 5km or more). Supersonic aobve FL330 over land and FL165 over sea.

Area restrictions: TRA's and TSA's can be opened for training exercises (see skyvector)

Denmark

Speed restrictions: 450kts below 500ft AGL, 480kts below 1000ft AGL, 500kts below 2000ft AGL, M.97 below F360. Supersonic allowed above FL360 or FL100 over sea, 10NM from the coast when flying away from the coast or 35NM on any heading.

Area restrictions: TRA's can be opened for training exercises (see ENR 5.2)

Altitude restrictions: without permissions by the staff, 2000ft AGL for jet fighter and transport, 500ft AGL for helicopters (1000ft over built up areas)

Speed restrictions: Supersonic allowed above FL300 or over FL150 over sea, at least 12NM from the base line of Icelandic territorial waters. (Iceland does not have an air force)
