Divisional Special Operations Letter of Agreement (LOA)

Speed Restrictions

Within CTR: 250 IAS
Supersonic under IFR only over FL420
Fighter Acft below FL110: 350 IAS max
other Mil-Acft below FL110: 250 IAS max (some STAR have 230 IAS max)

Military Restricted Areas

●  Numerous areas within the Australia Division
●  All areas are designated Class G airspace and except shared airports (eg, Darwin, Townsville and Williamstown)
●  Active Restricted areas notified by NOTAM

Facility Ratings

●  Please refers to the AU Division website FRA list (http://ivaoau.com/ivaoau/atc/fra)
●  GCA approval required for members outside of the AU Division
